Managing Partner

Nzeakor ("Nze") Atulomah

LL.M., B.L., FCArb

Nze is the Managing Partner of the firm, responsible for service quality assurance and client relationship management. He oversees the due coordination of all the legal services of the firm and ensures clients receive the best quality support — including accurate legal advice and efficient documentation of transactions. He takes responsibility for the development of service strategies for the firm for growth and continuity.

Mr Atulomah has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including advisory, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, documentation and implementation. Nze has been involved in advising joint venture parties to a major LNG Project, and has advised a significant number of foreign direct investments and portfolio investments, amongst other projects.

An accomplished litigator, Chidiebere has represented clients in highly contentious industry-specific matters, recording very high success rates.

Before joining the firm, Chidiebere practised with renowned litigation firms in Kano and Lagos.
